Search for an accommodation, tour or car using the search bar, pick the option that suits you, choose your dates and guests, then complete the booking form. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a booking number.
Depending on the supplier and rate you select, you are either charged at the time of booking or at the property. The payment terms are shown clearly on the booking page before you confirm.
Yes. As soon as your booking is confirmed we send a confirmation email containing your booking number and the full details of your reservation. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Each accommodation, tour and car rental has its own cancellation policy, shown at the time of booking. To cancel or change a reservation, sign in to your account and open your booking history, or contact our support team for help.
Refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the booking you made. Where a refund applies, it is processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
We accept the major credit and debit cards shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider — we never store your full card number.
You can switch the display currency using the currency selector in the header. Currency conversions are indicative; the final amount charged by your bank may vary slightly depending on its exchange rate.
Creating an account lets you manage your bookings, save favourites and check out faster, but you can also complete most bookings as a guest using just your email address.
If you own an accommodation, tour or vehicle you can list it with us. Use the “List Your Property” page to register, and our team will guide you through creating and publishing your listing.
