These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ForBookings (the “Service”) operated by ForBookings. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, listing a property, booking a stay, tour or vehicle, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Accounts and registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
3. Bookings, prices and payment
Prices displayed on the Service are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Currency conversion rates are indicative; the amount charged by your bank may vary. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where the price was displayed in error or where we suspect fraud.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
Each accommodation, tour and car rental has its own cancellation policy which is displayed at the time of booking. By confirming a booking you accept that policy. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Property owners and listings
If you list an accommodation, tour or vehicle through the Service you warrant that you have the legal right to do so, that the listing details are accurate, and that you will honour bookings made through the Service. Listings are subject to review and may be removed at our discretion if they violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; impersonate any person or entity; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems; transmit any malware or harmful code; or use the Service to infringe any intellectual-property right.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos and software — is the property of ForBookings or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForBookings is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any booking made through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected booking.
9. Third-party services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites (payment processors, partner suppliers, maps, etc.). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties and you access them at your own risk.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
